About this project

Game Guild is an open-source platform aimed at connecting game developers through community collaboration, educational resources, and tooling for playtesting and game launches. The repository is primarily a documentation index that consolidates cleaned project docs migrated from legacy sources. Documentation areas covered: - Architecture: clean architecture layering, dependency injection, domain events, validation and logging; a DAC hierarchy and permission system; and a dual-currency economy covering hard/soft coin module boundaries, ledger, reconciliation, reserves and rollout gates. - Product and economics papers: a dual-currency economy whitepaper, a legacy governance whitepaper, and legacy tokenomics notes kept separate from the internal hard/soft coins. - Backend modules: authentication and token lifecycle, multi-tenancy, domain-event-driven posts, and a base entity abstraction. - Frontend: dashboard architecture and server actions, a type-safe filter framework, reusable testing lab components, Next.js 15 migration notes, and notification integration. - Testing and setup: test layers and organization, plus environment variables and running services. - Security: a threat model for the dual-currency economy covering financial integrity, provider, ad-fraud, privacy and operational controls. The README itself is an index rather than a feature list, so capabilities are described at the level of documented subsystems. No performance, ranking or adoption claims are made here.
