The PSIE (Policy Engine for Intelligent Governance) Genesis Kernel v3.2.2 is a software framework designed for multi-agent governance, specifically engineered to manage complex interactions among multiple artificial intelligence entities. The project distinguishes itself through an approach based on principles coded mathematically, described as "geometry, not morality."
The system's architecture relies on a central core that implements an extensive set of rules known as Kernel Laws (L0-L476). These laws define essential operational constraints:
- Law 0 (Non-Aggression): Establishes strict thresholds for intervention (0.001), ensuring that no action closes unconsented options.
- Consent: Requires 100% consent above the defined threshold, ensuring decision transparency.
- Diversity: An anti-monoculture constant prevents dangerous convergence of AI opinions.
- Veto Mechanisms: Includes the right to ignorance and the genius veto, limiting arbitrary power.
The system is structured modularly, using a "Hydra" metaphor with seven heads for module aggregation. Key components include:
1. Kernel: Implements L0-L476 logic.
2. Hydra: Aggregates main modules.
3. Relays: Multi-AI consensus facilities, integrating models such as Grok, Deepseek, and Gemini.
