YouTube Bili Localizer is a localization tool for authorized videos, designed to convert local files or authorized URLs into hard-subtitled videos with Chinese subtitles and assist in filling out Bilibili submission information. Its core functional pipeline includes: 1. Material Acquisition: Supports local files or obtaining YouTube videos via yt-dlp, with support for user-configured Cookies and PO Tokens. 2. Subtitle Extraction: Utilizes faster-whisper for audio transcription and Tesseract OCR for on-screen text recognition, supporting timeline merging and deduplication of both. 3. Translation and Proofreading: Integrates LLMs such as OpenAI or DeepSeek for batch context translation, source subtitle proofreading, and submission metadata generation. 4. Video Rendering: Uses FFmpeg to render subtitles as hard-subs, supporting custom fonts, strokes, shadows, and positioning, with priority calling of NVIDIA NVENC acceleration. 5. Publishing Assistance: Uses Playwright to assist in filling out Bilibili submission information, submitted after manual user confirmation. The tool provides a React-built graphical workbench (WebView) and a CLI command-line interface, supporting three resource modes (Balanced, Background, Extreme) to balance system performance. Processing results for each stage are saved as checkpoints, supporting recovery after interruption.
