About this project
tapflow is a self-hosted alternative to Appetize or BrowserStack, enabling mobile QA teams to run iOS simulators and Android emulators directly in a browser without requiring Xcode, Android Studio, or device pools. It reuses existing Mac infrastructure, keeping builds, streams, and recordings on your own servers for full control. Key features include real-time browser streaming (H.264 with zero-buffer decoding), touch/swipe input, clipboard sync, device audio, network control, app build management, session recordings, and team collaboration tools. Supports CI/CD and AI-agent workflows via REST APIs and Personal Access Tokens. Agents connect outbound to a relay server (Linux/macOS), which serves a dashboard for the team. Open-source under MIT license.
