Notifications, appearance and system integration Notification levels are None, Normal (on every break) and Extra (60 seconds before a break, 30 seconds before it ends, and at break start). A default bell or a custom audio file can be used, and voice assistance provides audio cues about session status. Appearance options include a dark theme with follow-system-theme, a toggle between custom and OS-native titlebars, always-on-top, minimize or close to tray with a tray progress indicator, and open-at-login on macOS and Windows. Fullscreen breaks fill the screen during breaks and are described as stable across compact, minimized and hidden window states. Keyboard shortcuts include Alt+Shift+H (hide), Alt+Shift+S (show), Alt+Shift+T (toggle theme) and the task undo/redo pair.
