FAME3R is a Python software package designed for predicting sites-of-metabolism (SOMs) in small organic molecules, leveraging the FAME 3 model. SOMs represent atoms where metabolic reactions begin, critical for assessing metabolic fate of xenobiotic compounds. The package includes random forest classifier models for phase 1 and phase 2 metabolism, trained on proprietary MetaQSAR data. Distributed via Zenodo for non-commercial research, it includes installation instructions, tutorials, and a Python API in online documentation. Licensed under MIT and available via PyPI and conda-forge, it supports both English and Chinese language translations for project documentation.
