About this project
Quorum is a Solidity security analysis tool built around a swarm of nine independent lenses that coordinate exclusively through a shared memory layer called Sibyl Memory. Each lens examines source code from different evidence, and a finding only becomes real when two lenses working from different evidence reach the same conclusion. The agreement tally is stored in memory rather than in any individual agent, enabling corroboration across processes and sessions.
The system operates in a loop: scan, corroborate, remember, recognise, claim, and verify. Confirmed idioms are promoted to permanent swarm knowledge, allowing later recognition of the same pattern in unseen contracts from a single sighting. Human corrections persist through a retirement mechanism, preventing false positives from recurring.
A key feature is the deletion test: running with the --no-memory flag disables the memory layer, and the same swarm on the same contracts confirms nothing, demonstrating that memory is load-bearing for the entire system. Agents coordinate without a message bus, using optimistic work claiming in the HOT tier to avoid duplicating scans across separate OS processes.
Publishing a claim on Robinhood Chain burns 100,000 QUORUM tokens through the token contract's own burn function before the claim digest is recorded. The ClaimRegistry contract has no owner, pause, or upgrade capability. Claims can be verified locally by recomputing digests from memory and checking the on-chain burn, and revealed claims can be imported by other swarms as hints.
The project includes a live demo site, a browser-based claim verifier, 49 passing tests, and Foundry tests for the registry contract. It was built for the Sibyl Labs Hackathon and named a consolation winner among 92 submissions.
