Wox is a fully native, open-source launcher designed for macOS, Linux, and Windows. It utilizes GPU rendering across all supported platforms and is optimized for low memory usage, typically consuming around 150 MB of RAM during everyday use. Key capabilities include: - Local search and keyboard-first actions for opening applications and finding files. - An extensible plugin system that supports Node.js, Python, and script-based plugins. - Native performance without the use of Electron or browser shells. Installation is supported via various package managers including Homebrew (macOS), Winget, Scoop, and Chocolatey (Windows), and the AUR (Arch Linux), as well as through manual downloads.
