The AI Product Development Toolkit is a collection of resources designed to help you plan, build, and launch products using AI tools like Claude Code and Codex. It includes three main components: 1. **Planning Prompts**: A set of guided prompts that interview you before writing documents, ensuring plans are based on your answers rather than guesses. These cover user research, PRD generation, UX/user flows, MVP concept definition, development planning, and test plan generation. 2. **AI App Starter**: A project setup that turns your coding agent into a guide for building a Next.js, Supabase, and Vercel app from idea to launch. It works locally with safety measures to prevent production issues, and includes a structured plan, decisions file, and known issues list. 3. **Agent Configurations**: Working instructions for Claude Code, based on Anthropic's documentation, to improve scope clarity, response conciseness, and documentation lookups. The toolkit also supports installation as skills for Claude Code and Codex, allowing you to run each component by name. It emphasizes safety, organization, and honesty about what's real, with features like environment guards, deferred decision lists, and independent reviews for risky work.
