About this project

Sonder Editor integrates a multi-lane timeline editing surface directly into ComfyUI. It enables users to import media, organize clips, audio, and guide frames, and define specific ranges for generation. The tool acts as a bridge where iterations start and end: selections are sent through a connected ComfyUI graph, and the resulting outputs are returned as project assets to be reviewed or placed back on the timeline. Key capabilities include: - **Timeline Management**: Multi-lane support for video and audio with trimming, splitting, and snapping. It supports scenes with independent durations, resolutions, and FPS. - **Generation Control**: Features prompt sections for dynamic prompt changes over time, guide frames for per-frame conditioning, and driver lanes for motion transfer (e.g., OpenPose). - **Asset & Reference System**: Includes a project-scoped asset gallery and a Reference Library for managing characters, locations, and props with specific assembly recipes. - **Advanced Workflow Integration**: Provides a suite of bridge nodes (Guides, Driver, Reference, and Masks bridges) to inject timeline data into diffusion models and handle latent noise masks for in-place regeneration. - **Production Tools**: Supports render queuing, batch rendering, color-managed exports (BT.709), and a frame-streaming CPU compositing path for exporting long videos without RAM limitations.
