OpenCode Quota is a plugin and command-line tool designed for OpenCode, an AI coding assistant. It provides visibility into your quota, usage, and token consumption directly within the OpenCode interface and your terminal, without adding any data to the context window. The tool offers multiple display options: a full sidebar panel, a compact status line, popup toasts, and detailed token reports. You can check quota anytime using slash commands like `/quota`, `/tokens_today`, `/tokens_weekly`, or via the CLI with `opencode-quota show`. It also supports JSON output for scripting and CI integration, and optional OpenTelemetry metrics for monitoring. OpenCode Quota supports a wide range of providers, including OpenCode Go, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, OpenAI, Kimi Code, Alibaba Coding Plan, Chutes AI, Google Antigravity, Z.ai Coding Plan, and many more. It can automatically detect and report quota from remote APIs or local estimates, depending on the provider. Custom providers can be added via a guided CLI setup. Installation is simple: run `npx @slkiser/opencode-quota init` and restart OpenCode. The tool requires Node.js 22 or later. Updates are handled through a safe updater that previews changes before applying them. For troubleshooting, the `/quota_status` command or `opencode-quota status` provides diagnostics on authentication, quota sources, pricing, and maintainer notices. The project includes comprehensive documentation for configuration, manual installation, providers, and external integration.
