Meeting Media Manager (M³) is a cross-platform application designed to automatically download and present pictures, videos, and audio files for congregation meetings of Jehovah's Witnesses. It supports media in any language available on the official website of Jehovah's Witnesses. Key features include automatic media downloading and organization, media presentation tools with thumbnails, playback controls, timers, and external monitor handling, as well as built-in integrations for Zoom screen sharing and OBS Studio scene switching for hybrid meetings. The app is optimized for Windows, macOS, and Linux, and its UI is translated into several languages. It also supports managing multiple congregations or groups within a single application. Additional capabilities include drag-and-drop sorting of media items, background music playback with automatic stop before scheduled meetings, support for adding JWPUB files, JWLPLAYLIST files, and videos from the official website, as well as easy import of videos, pictures, audio files, and PDFs from other sources. Cloud folder synchronization (e.g., Dropbox, OneDrive) is supported for a seamless home-to-Kingdom Hall workflow. Special events are supported with customizable titles, colors, and repeat options. M³ complies with the Terms of Use of the official website of Jehovah's Witnesses. It was formerly known as JWMMF (JW Meeting Media Fetcher) and was renamed in May 2022.
