About this project

Paxeer X Network is a distributed HyperState Machine designed for payments, code execution, and intent routing, targeting autonomous agents and their operators. It operates as a deterministic execution and accounting network where every state-changing operation is a signed, canonically encoded Activity. The protocol verifies actor authority, consumes account sequences, orders activities on a global sequence, applies deterministic state transitions, and returns signed receipts tied to state roots. The append-only activity log is the authoritative source; database indexes are disposable projections rebuilt by replaying the log. Consensus-critical execution excludes floating point, local clock decisions, and database iteration order. The 402LXP ledger is the sole balance writer; protocol modules emit validated transfer sets rather than mutating funds directly. Ordinary agent activity runs inside LayerX, while periodic checkpoints settle to Paxeer, which handles custody, checkpoint registration, guarantor bonds, challenges, withdrawals, disputes, and emergency exits. An ordinary LayerX action does not require a Paxeer transaction. This repository is the Sidiora Labs monorepo containing both the Paxeer chain and the LayerX domain. Each subsystem has its own build, release, deployment, and trust boundary. Key components include: - C17 protocol runtime, state machine, storage, sequencing, replay, and settlement integration - Rust agent interface, SDK, daemon, MCP server, encoding, cryptography, and proof verification - Human control plane with typed intent compiler, custody-boundary client, explorer index, and web application - Developer platform with hosted services, middleware, SDKs, emulator, CLI, and release tooling - Programmable LayerX runtime and program tooling - Agent-commerce and cross-network interoperability surfaces - Solidity contracts for Paxeer custody, checkpoints, guarantor bonding, claims, disputes, and exits - Paxeer Network node with EVM/RPC compatibility, storage engines, modules, contracts, and subsystem-local builds SDKs are available for Rust, Python, TypeScript, Go, JVM, .NET, and Swift. The developer CLI installs MCP and A2A transports. The architecture includes the Paxeer X chain node (paxd, Go) and the LayerX kernel (layerxd, C17), joined by EVM precompiles and hosted platform services. A bridge to Ethereum uses relayer instances with threshold signatures and append-only journals. Documentation covers quickstarts, public JSON-RPC, assets and tokens, commitment levels, monorepo layout, and qualification gates. The project is licensed under Apache 2.0.
