WebToApp is an Android application that transforms web projects into fully functional APKs directly on the device, without requiring a PC or remote build server. It supports a wide range of input types, including websites, static HTML, frontend frameworks, and server-side runtimes like Node.js, PHP, Python, Go, and WordPress (via SQLite). Key capabilities include running real server runtimes on-device (forked as native binaries), a hardened anti-censorship network stack (DNS-over-HTTPS, TLS fingerprint spoofing, Encrypted Client Hello, proxies, and CORS bypass), and full APK/AAB signing (V1/V2/V3) with Google Play-ready exports. The app also supports MV3 Chrome extensions, Tampermonkey-style userscripts, and modular extensions for added functionality. The UI is localized in 10 languages (including RTL support for Arabic) and offers features like splash screens, background music, toolbar customization, and translation overlays. Advanced options include privacy hardening (50+ fingerprint vectors, ad-blocking, resource encryption), runtime management (port coordination, DNS bridging), and an AI-powered Agent for automated app creation, building, and management via natural language commands. WebToApp is designed for developers, researchers, and users who need offline-capable, self-contained, or specialized web-based apps with minimal setup.
