About this project

OpenCosmos is a creative ecosystem that implements a unified vision across several products. It functions as a consumer of the OpenCosmos/UI design system, utilizing packages such as @opencosmos/ui, @opencosmos/tokens, and @opencosmos/mcp to ensure consistent, human-centered interactions. The platform includes several applications: - Portfolio: A production site demonstrating the design philosophy. - Creative Powerup: A community platform and experiment gallery for innovators (in development). - Stocks: An AI-powered investment intelligence tool. - cosmOS: A conceptual personal operating system for creative work. Technically, the project is structured as a monorepo using Turborepo and pnpm workspaces. Its tech stack includes Next.js 16, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Framer Motion, and Zustand for state management. The project emphasizes transparency, user control, and emotional resonance in its design principles.
