About this project

CPA Manager Plus (CPAMP) is a self-hosted management panel and observability dashboard for CPA / CLIProxyAPI gateways. It is not a replacement proxy: it manages and observes traffic flowing through CPA, and does not forward model traffic itself. Core capabilities Gateway management: configure CPA providers including Gemini, Codex, Claude, Vertex, xAI, Devin, Muse / Meta and OpenAI-compatible endpoints; maintain auth files, OAuth logins, API keys, model aliases, priorities, plugins, logs and system settings. It can import official Sub2API OpenAI OAuth exports and split multiple accounts into separate CPA Codex auth files. Request monitoring and failure diagnosis: requests from the CPA usage queue are persisted in local SQLite and can be searched by account, client API key or realtime views. Status, latency, token, cache, trace and redacted failure evidence are inspectable; history can be exported or imported as JSONL. Cost and usage analytics: calls, tokens, cost, latency and failures can be broken down by model, provider, account, credential, API key, project, channel and time range, including input, output, reasoning, cache, service tier and long-context pricing semantics. Model prices sync from models.dev with LiteLLM and OpenRouter fallbacks and local overrides. Account health, quota and automation: Codex and xAI accounts can be inspected locally or on a Manager Server schedule, reading quota windows, reset evidence, credential and workspace state. Controlled quota cooldowns and an account action queue support review and recovery. Deployment and operations Full Mode runs as a single Docker container or a native Linux, macOS or Windows package for amd64/arm64, and can run alongside CPA. A lightweight panel mode replaces the official CPA UI on port 8317 without adding another service. The full stack exposes the panel on port 18317. An installer script supports guided deployment, dry-run preview, upgrade, repair and admin-key recovery. Request history, configuration, automation state and model prices stay in local files; SQLite files must be backed up together with data.key to preserve encrypted CPA Management Keys. Read-only root filesystem or non-root setups need a writable temp directory and database file. Privacy and security The project states it does not phone home, include analytics SDKs or require account registration. External calls are limited to the CPA gateway and integrations the user configures or triggers, such as OAuth, provider checks, plugin releases and model price sync. Management keys are encrypted before SQLite persistence, and normal APIs and JSONL exports expose redacted failure summaries rather than raw failure bodies. It is intended for traffic and credentials the operator is authorized to manage. Development and release The web app is built with npm scripts for dev, type-check, lint, test, build and docs; the Manager Server is Go-based with go test, race tests and vet. Releases produce a single-file management.html, native packages and Docker images for linux/amd64 and linux/arm64, with a validated, serialized release process. Licensed under MIT.
