APT (AI Productivity Tools) is a free, open-source Windows desktop application focused on local and offline AI workflows. The project emphasizes privacy through local processing and is distributed as a no-installation archive intended to start after extraction. It also includes multilingual support. The Generate Chat area lists local offline conversation options under ChatGPT, DeepSeek, Phi, and Qwen. Image tools include super-resolution, watermark/subtitle/logo removal, cartoon or comic stylization, image-to-3D conversion, color restoration, frame interpolation, background matting, and face restoration.
