About this project

Infinity-Tools-SMP is a collection of Spider Monkey Panel / JSplitter tools for foobar2000, merging several earlier toolbar scripts into a single package format. It targets playlist creation, sorting, library maintenance and automation, and the author notes it is intended as an advanced toolset rather than a simple one. Highlighted capabilities include macros (recording menu entries for later reuse), periodic configuration backups as a foo_jesus replacement compatible with foobar2000 v2+ and x64, ListenBrainz and last.fm integration for listening/feedback sync and recommendations, a "Wrapped" listening-habit report with configurable time ranges, batch checksum creation and verification for library files, an offline music similarity recommendation service based on genre similarity, dynamic queries that substitute placeholders with values from the currently selected track, quick-search and quick-match that work with multiple selections, and "Pools" for filling a destination playlist from multiple playlist/library sources with configurable selection length, query filtering and picking method. Further features include harmonic mixing (DJ-like ordering by key, compatible with Camelot, Open and Standard key notations), configurable submenu presets, assignable keyboard shortcuts that work without panel focus, an online controller (ajquery-xxx) callable like other menu entries and via CMD scripting, D2D support when using JSplitter, and compatibility with Wine/Unix/non-IE systems without HTML popups or panel property edits. The UI is largely configurable and menu-driven, which the author presents as supporting narrator-based accessibility. The project integrates or builds on related components such as Playlist-Tools-SMP, Search-by-Distance-SMP, ListenBrainz-SMP, Autobackup-SMP, Device-Priority-SMP, Fingerprint-Tools-SMP, Wrapped-SMP, Music-Graph, Camelot-Wheel-Notation and Menu-Framework-SMP. It requires a JavaScript host component (Spider Monkey Panel or JSplitter, x86/x64); Playback Statistics and Enhanced Playback Statistics are optional, as are fonts and binaries such as ffmpeg and essentia depending on the tool. Installation instructions are in the wiki and a nightly package is built automatically from GitHub.
