Tessera is a JavaScript framework for building interactive eLearning courses, designed for AI-assisted authoring. It runs in any LMS that supports SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, cmi5, xAPI, or static web. The framework is built on Svelte and Vite, with pages as `.svelte` files. It's designed to be used with AI coding assistants like Claude Code or Codex, which read the `AGENTS.md` file scaffolded in every project to guide course creation. Key features include: - **Workspace structure**: A single package can hold multiple courses under `courses/<name>/`, plus a `shared/` design system importable as `$shared`.
