About this project

Shape Shifter Curse is an open-source Fabric mod for Minecraft Java 1.20.1. It introduces a shape-shifter curse mechanic and is under active development by a solo maintainer working in spare time, so updates may be slow. The mod supports creating custom forms through data packs and resource packs, with documentation available in English and Chinese on the project wiki. The repository is free and open-source; users are warned not to trust third-party channels that charge for downloads. Licensing is split: source code uses the MIT License, while media assets such as 3D models, textures, animations, sounds, fonts, and translations use CC BY-NC 4.0 for non-commercial use only.
