About this project

HACK FLY 32 is an open-source hardware project for building a compact 3-inch FPV drone. It utilizes a custom-designed flight controller based on the Seeed Studio Xiao ESP32-S3 and is compatible with Betaflight firmware. The repository provides all necessary resources for construction, including 3D printable STL files for the frame (optimized for PETG, ABS, or TPU), Gerber files for PCB manufacturing, and a detailed Bill of Materials (BOM). Key specifications include support for 2S-3S LiPo batteries, ExpressLRS (ELRS) communication, and GPS integration for long-range exploration. The design emphasizes repairability and low-cost maintenance through its 3D-printed components, allowing users to easily replace parts after crashes. It also includes schematics for building a custom 4-in-1 ESC.
