About this project

This project provides Java implementations of software design patterns, developed by experienced programmers and architects from the open-source community. Each pattern includes high-level descriptions and well-commented source code examples that function as programming tutorials. Patterns can be browsed by name, by tags such as Performance or Gang of Four, or by categories like Creational and Behavioral. The project emphasizes starting with simplicity principles (KISS, YAGNI) before introducing complexity. It is available in multiple languages and also offered as an e-book. Licensed under MIT.
