WordPress Analytics is a WordPress plugin that improves communication between WordPress websites and Google Analytics. It tracks user activity beyond simple pageviews. Supported features include: - **Scroll tracking**: monitors scrolling behavior using an improved version of Justin Cutroni's content tracking script. - **Content grouping**: sends category information from WordPress to Google Analytics, including WooCommerce store support. - **Call tracking**: records clicks on phone numbers across the site, with optional regex-based inclusion/exclusion of specific numbers. - **Email tracking**: records clicks on email addresses throughout the website. - **Form tracking**: captures form submissions made via Gravity Forms. Future planned features include custom-fields support for sending arbitrary WordPress data to Google Analytics, including compatibility with Advanced Custom Fields. Installation is performed through the standard WordPress plugin installer — download the latest release and install via the "Add new plugin" menu in the WordPress admin backend.
