About this project

A repository containing the author's NixOS and Home Manager configurations, showcasing multiple desktop environments built with Nix flakes. It includes setups for Wayland compositors like Niri and Hyprland, as well as XMonad for X11. Each environment integrates tools such as NeoVim, Fish shell, Waybar, Kitty/Foot/Alacritty terminals, and theming (Juno Ocean GTK theme, Beauty Line icons). The repository provides pre-configured outputs for different machines (e.g., laptops, desktops) and includes development shells, packages (e.g., Metals, Neovim), and overlays. Installation instructions cover NixOS, Home Manager, and QEMU testing. The configurations are modular, allowing separate management of NixOS and Home Manager generations.
