About this project

Terragrunt is an open-source orchestration tool designed to help Infrastructure as Code written in OpenTofu or Terraform scale effectively. Maintained by Gruntwork.io and written in Go, it is compatible with OpenTofu versions 1.6.0+ and Terraform versions 0.12.0+. The project recently reached its v1.0 milestone. The tool provides orchestration capabilities on top of standard IaC workflows, allowing users to manage and scale their infrastructure configurations more efficiently. Terragrunt is released under the MIT License. Resources available include a dedicated website, getting started guides, comprehensive documentation, and a Terragrunt Scale guide. The project maintains an active community through Discord for discussions and support, and accepts community contributions. Commercial support is also offered by Gruntwork.io.
