authentik

authentik is an open-source Identity Provider (IdP) built for modern single sign-on. According to its README, it supports SAML, OAuth2/OIDC, LDAP, RADIUS and more, and is designed to be self-hosted across a range of scales, from small labs to large production clusters. The project positions itself as an alternative for organizations that want to replace existing IdPs, and it also offers an enterprise edition.
