Poka CE is a local-first personal finance management app designed around the principle that financial data belongs solely to the user. Built with Flutter and Dart, it stores every transaction, balance, and record in a local SQLite database via Drift, with no account creation, server sync, or subscription required. The app is distributed as an Android APK and works fully offline. Key features include multi-account and sub-wallet management, income/expense/transfer recording with search and filters, split transactions with automatic balance verification, a 5-second undo delete, monthly budgeting per category or account, savings goals linked to dedicated pockets, debt and loan tracking with installment support, smart arithmetic input parsing in amount fields, and bilingual English/Bahasa Indonesia localization. Users can export financial records to Excel (.xlsx) or JSON backups, and Android app shortcuts provide quick transaction entry from the home screen. The interface uses the ForUI design system with a flat aesthetic, zero shadows, and dual typography. State management relies on Riverpod, routing on GoRouter, and localization on Slang. The project is licensed under Apache 2.0, with separate trademark and brand policies. Development requires Flutter 3.47.1+, Dart 3.13.1+, and the Rune task runner for code generation and running the app.
