About this project

Ontime is a free, open-source, browser-based application designed for timekeeping and scheduling in live events. It helps manage event rundowns, track schedules, and coordinate cueing across production teams. Key features include multiplatform support (Windows, macOS, Linux, Docker, cloud), real-time runtime delay updates, dedicated views for directors, operators, backstage, and signage, and automation capabilities via OSC, HTTP, WebSocket, or a Companion module. It integrates with tools like vMix, Qlab, and OBS. Ontime is used by conference organizers, touring shows, broadcasters, theatres, and houses of worship. It can be self-hosted via Docker or run locally, and all data is distributed over the network for flexible infrastructure. The project is actively developed and licensed under GPL v3.
