About this project

CeloHT is a community-driven, open-source ecosystem initiative focused on financial inclusion, education, agent infrastructure, and climate-positive reforestation on the Celo blockchain ecosystem. It is explicitly not a blockchain, token, or investment vehicle. Core Pillars - Education: learning programs, public education resources, and knowledge pathways - Agent Network: ecosystem coordination, network design, and agent interoperability - Reforestation: climate-positive environmental work and impact alignment Governance CeloHT operates without a native governance token or token-weighted voting. Proposals become official decisions through a documented collective governance process. Johnny Dubic is recognized as the permanently acknowledged founder, but this recognition does not confer perpetual governance authority, ownership rights, veto power, or unilateral control. Key Documentation The repository serves as the central source of truth for project strategy, technical direction, and operational policies, including vision, mission, values, architecture, API specifications, deployment guidance, and a roadmap. It also maintains extensive security, compliance, and legal documentation covering incident response, threat modeling, privacy, terms, trademark usage, audit policy, and conflict of interest finance. Community The project welcomes public contributions, community review, and open access to documentation, governance materials, and operational policies. It provides contribution standards, a developer guide, support channels, and contact information for partnerships and coordination. Compatibility The initiative is compatible with the Valora wallet and licensed under the Apache License 2.0.
