About this project

SMBU AI Hub is an AI API gateway and user portal customized for the SMBU campus network, developed based on the upstream project QuantumNous/new-api. Its core functions include: supporting registration via SMBU campus email and integrating server-side graphic CAPTCHAs; reconstructing the user overview and model market interfaces to centrally display API Keys, quota usage, pricing, and redemption portals; providing access to CC Switch mirrors and download links after login; building in Chinese tutorials for Cherry Studio, RikkaHub, CC Switch, and VS Code / Codex; supporting user feedback submission for centralized administrator review; and fixing issues related to image generation billing, Token group consistency, and compatibility between Claude and streaming relays. The deployment method utilizes Docker; the service can be started by cloning the repository, configuring environment variables, building, and running the container, then accessing http://localhost:3000. The project inherits New API's multi-vendor model integration, channel management, user permissions, and billing capabilities, making it suitable for the unified management and distribution of AI resources within the campus.
