About this project

mBALING Mobile App is a role-based housing application for students and landlords, developed for on-campus housing at Mindanao State University. It allows users to discover and manage housing listings, view landlord profiles, submit applications, and maintain account details. Built with Expo SDK 56, Expo Router, React Native Paper, and TypeScript, it uses JWT authentication, React Hook Form with Yup validation, and Axios for API calls. The app supports Android and iOS, with demo accounts for testing. The repository includes setup instructions, environment configuration, and a clear directory structure.
