GTM Agent is an open-source agent designed to streamline Go-To-Market (GTM) workflows by integrating Slack with a Git-backed GTM workspace and a hosted Vercel Workflow project. Users can initiate tasks such as defining an Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), creating buyer personas, qualifying prospects, or managing organizational structure directly within Slack. The agent reads relevant skills, executes tasks in the connected repository, verifies results, and presents a plain-language approval card in Slack. Once approved, changes are saved and pushed, while long-running tasks continue in the background with updates returned to the same thread.
The system includes five generated skills: `gtm-workspace` for organization and repository health, `gtm-icp` for defining target companies, `gtm-persona` for identifying buyers and stakeholders, `gtm-qualify-prospects` for fit checks, and `gtm-workflow` for managing workflow code, tables, runs, and costs. Security and control are prioritized through allowlisted users and channels, deny-by-default network egress in a Node 22 sandbox, and credential isolation where GitHub, Turso, and workflow-run secrets are managed by a firewall and never exposed to the model. Production runs occur only on the connected Vercel project, while the sandbox handles edits and dry-runs. Deployment requires Vercel, Slack, GitHub, and Turso accounts, with the agent itself being MIT licensed and free to use, though third-party service costs may apply.
